Cardio Tennis & TimeBall
Samantha Ardenfriend is a USPTA Elite Professional, PTR-certified, and Gigi Method-certified tennis coach with over 15 years of experience. Since 2005, she has trained coaches worldwide, with classes designed to improve performance and burn calories for all skill levels.
Cardio Tennis, celebrating 20 years, is a high-energy fitness experience combining tennis with a structured, games-based format for a full-body workout.
TimeBall is a fast-paced doubles game focusing on groundstrokes, volleys, and overheads, with heart-rate monitors to track progress (NTRP 3.5+).
